Scotland is to have a new think-tank to help promote fresh ideas on the country’s economy and public sector. The founders of Reform Scotland, a counterpart to the Reform think-tank in London, say it will be non-party but will push for new directions in public policy. It will be launched on April 15 and is to be funded by individuals, charitable trusts and companies.
