Andrew Haldenby appeared on Radio 4’s The World Tonight to argue that there will be more “battles” because the Government will need to move on to reform of pensions to reform of pay and conditions.
He said that pay “is the big issue, it is the right issue to tackle, but it strikes to the heart of the public sector workforce”.
